By purchasing a Dreamborne Doll or participating in a Dreamborne release, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to ALL releases, payment plans, and purchases unless otherwise stated in writing.

All Sales are FINAL. Due to the limited-run, made-to-order nature of Dreamborne Dolls, refunds are not offered once a purchase or payment plan has been initiated.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Change of mind
• financial hardship
• delays within the stated production timeline
• dissatisfaction unrelated to defects

Please review ALL release details carefully before proceeding to checkout.

If a payment plan or deposit-based option is offered:

• Deposits are non-refundable
• Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in forfeiture of all amounts paid
• A forfeited order will be considered cancelled without obligation for fullfillment

Payment plans are a commitment. Please ensure you are able to complete payment within the stated timeline before selecting this option.

If you are unable to complete payment on an order, it is your responsibility to find an alternative buyer.

Any transfer of an order must be approved in advance and handled directly by Dreamborne.

Important notes:

• Order transfers are not automatic
• You must contact Dreamborne Dolls directly to request a transfer
• No changes will be made without written confirmation

Dreamborne Dolls are produced after a release closes.

Production timelines provided are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by:

• casting schedules
• material availability
• quality conrol needs
• unforseen delays

Updates will be communicated as appropriate. Delays within reasonable bounds do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

Dreamborne Dolls are produced in small batches and finished by hand.

Minor variations may occur in:

• resin tone
• surface texture
• seam placement
• darker skin tones may have some color variation

These variations are considered normal and are not defects.

At this time, replacement parts are not readily available.

Dreamborne Dolls does not currently offer:

• replacement limbs
• replacement heads
• repair services

This may be explored in future releases but is not guaranteed.

Collectors are encouraged to handle and store dolls with care. Independent repair specialists may be recommneded on the Dreamborne Doll Care Guide.

Once a doll has been delivered, proper care and handling are the responsibility of the owner.

Damage caused by:

• Improper handling
• Environmental exposure
• Modification or customization

Is not covered by Dreamborne Dolls

Dreamborne Dolls reserves the right to refuse service or decline participation in a release where necessary, including but not limited to.

• Suspected fraud
• Abusive or threatening behavior
• Repeated violation of the stated terms

This decision is made at Dreamborne’s discretion.

Once an order has shipped and tracking infromation has been provided, responsibility for the package transfers to the buyer.

Dreamborne Dolls is not responsible for:

• Lost of stolen packages after delivery confirmation
• Delays caused by carriers
• Damage resulting from improper handling after delivery

Shipping issues must be addressed directly with the carrier. Assistance may be provided where possible, but resolution is not guaranteed.

Dreamborne shall not be held liable for delays or failure to fufill orders due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Acts of war or civil unrest
• Supply chain disruptions
• Labor shortages
• Government restrictions
• Illness or emergency affecting key production partners

Such events do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

Purchases are intended for adult collectors.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, OR that you have the consent and financial responsibility of a legal guardian.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Dreamborne Dolls operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dreamborne Dolls shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, handling, or ownership or a Dreamborne Doll.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Dreamborne Dolls and the purchaser regarding any release, superseding any prior communications or representations unless explicitly stated in writing.

These terms may be updated as the Dreamborne project evolves.

The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that order.
